Shipping

Shipments in Denmark:

We ship with Post Nord as a package mail or standard. mail. In Denmark shipping is free over 600 DKK, outside Denmark we charge a standard flat rate fee. It is possible to trace the package if problems should arise – if you choose Packet Mail.

If your goods are damaged during delivery, you should immediately contact Post Denmark and note that your item has been damaged during shipping.

Delivery

We strive for a fast delivery. All orders are shipped within 3 – 7 working days, as all are handmade at their own workshop in Denmark. Should you use your items for a specific date, please feel free to note it under comments and we will take it into account.
