Refunds

We provide 14 days full return from the day you receive your goods. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Once we have received the item and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible. You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself. Remember to enclose your registration and account number for any bank transfer. If possible, include a copy of your invoice and remember to save your mail receipt as documentation for returning the item to us. You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The money from the purchase is only deducted when the item(s) are shipped.

Exchange Service

If you find out the jewelry is not for you. We will exchange for another within 14 days after you receive it.
That is, you may want to try it, but then we can not give you the money back. But we’ll find another one for you instead.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All goods are subject to the purchase law’s 24-month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the product that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. The warranty does not cover when faults, damage or wear occurs due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear.
